Summer shows

It is hard to believe that summer has flown by already! I had a booth for my weavings at 2 shows this summer. In June, I had a great show in Chagrin Falls at the Art by the Falls. It was a beautiful weekend and I met many wonderful people. After the show, I was invited to add some pieces to the Valley Art Center Gift Shop in Chagrin Falls, OH. Stop in and check out all the beautiful handmade gifts!

The second show was Hudson’s Art by the JoAnn Green. Again we were blessed with wonderful weather - not too hot, not to chilly, and dry! I was pleased to receive an Honorable Mention by the judge! There were over 145 artists, with 12 ribbons awarded. Again, I met many art folks. I was invited to add some pieces to an upscale gallery in Cuyahoga Falls, and participate in a holiday art show next year in downtown Cleveland. Quite a few people asked me if I teach weaving. Maybe another new adventure!
